Experience and Activity

Jean Colin holds two Masters degrees from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and has developed transversal legal skills before specialising in intellectual property law and business law.

After experiences in several French law firms, the office of a former president of France and the Paris Court of Appeal, in a chamber specializing in competition law, Jean joined SZLEPER | HENRY | NAUMANN in 2023.

Jean practices in particular in copyright law, trademark law, patent law, competition law, art market law and new technology law (IT contracts, personal data, artificial intelligence, etc.).
