Victor Benincasa holds a double degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and specializes in intellectual property law and international business law.

After having completed various internships with well-known law firms in France and abroad (Orsay, Rouse and Armengaud Guerlain) and Louis Vuitton’s Intellectual Property department, Victor joined SZLEPER | HENRY | NAUMANN in 2018.

Victor practices in particular in patent law, trademark law, copyright law and NTIC law (personal data, computer contracts, etc.).

He assists both multinationals and start-ups, mainly in the new technologies and digital sector, as well as in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Victor also teaches at the Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) and at ESSEC.

In 2022, Victor was named “Rising Star” by IP STARS (Managing IP).
