Dariusz Szleper is a member of the Paris Bar and has over thirty-five years of experience in the field of intellectual property litigation. After having worked for fifteen years with the Mathèly Law Firm, from 1998 to 2013 he was a partner in the firm of Gaultier Lakits Szleper.
In 2013, together with Guillaume Henry, he founded a new law firm, SZLEPER | HENRY Avocats, which specialises in complex industrial property disputes.

Dariusz Szleper handles primarily patent and trademark cases, but also continues to litigate disputes concerning designs and unfair competition. In particular, he has handled numerous matters concerning infringement of intellectual property rights, including temporary injunction proceedings. He also has extensive experience in disputes about employee inventions. In addition, he handles trademark and design infringement disputes, in particular in connection with major sporting events.
