She is a graduate of the Master 2 in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law of the University of Paris II Panth\u00e9on Assas, directed by Professor Pierre-Yves Gautier.<\/p>\n<p>After having completed several internships in intellectual property law in law firms, notably with De Gaulle Fleurance &amp; Associ\u00e9s, and in companies in the anti-counterfeiting department of Herm\u00e8s International, Ma\u00fflis joined the firm SZLEPER | HENRY | NAUMANN Avocats in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>She advises and litigates in intellectual property law, and more particularly in design law, trademark law, copyright, unfair competition, new technologies (RGPD, personal data, computer contracts, etc.), and art market law.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u00fflis has also developed a solid expertise in the management and monitoring of trademark and design portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>Admitted to the Paris Bar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Associations :<\/strong> APRAM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Languages :<\/strong> French, English.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
