After having worked for fifteen years with the Math\u00e8ly Law Firm, from 1998 to 2013 he was a partner in the firm of Gaultier Lakits Szleper.<br \/>\nIn 2013, together with Guillaume Henry, he founded a new law firm, SZLEPER | HENRY Avocats, which specialises in complex industrial property disputes.<\/p>\n<p><mark>Intellectual property disputes<\/mark><\/p>\n<p>Dariusz Szleper handles primarily patent and trademark cases, but also continues to litigate disputes concerning designs and unfair competition. In particular, he has handled numerous matters concerning infringement of intellectual property rights, including temporary injunction proceedings. He also has extensive experience in disputes about employee inventions.
