Er war 15 Jahre im Anwaltsb\u00fcro Math\u00e9ly t\u00e4tig und anschlie\u00dfend von 1998 bis 2013 Partneranwalt der Kanzlei GAULTIER LAKITS SZLEPER.<\/p>\n<p>2013 gr\u00fcndete er zusammen mit RA Guillaume HENRY die Anwaltssoziet\u00e4t SZLEPER HENRY Avocats, die auf komplexe gewerbliche Rechtsschutzsachen spezialisiert ist.<\/p>\n<p><mark>Geistige Schutzrechtssachen<\/mark><\/p>\n<p>Dariusz Szleper bearbeitet gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils patent- und markenrechtliche Angelegenheiten, aber auch Streitsachen im Zusammenhang mit Geschmacks- und Gebrauchsmustern und unlauterem Wettbewerb. Zu den Schwerpunkten seiner T\u00e4tigkeit geh\u00f6ren Streitigkeiten \u00fcber die G\u00fcltigkeit und Verletzung von Patenten, in denen gegebenenfalls auch Anspr\u00fcche auf einstweilige Unterlassung geltend gemacht werden.
